Vibrational Spray Chakra Recipes
The bigger the better, right?!
When it comes to Crystals, not really.
I absolutely love my smaller tumbled crystals and crystal chips as much as my larger pieces.
They all serve a purpose. For example, I love traveling with my smaller tumbled pieces and I use my Crystal Chips for Crystal Grids and to create Vibrational Sprays.
Here are some of my favorite Vibrational Spray Chakra Recipes. Choose any combination of doTERRA essential oils and Crystals.

Crystals: Clear Quartz, Amethyst, Labradorite, Howlite
Add your chosen Crystal Chips and 20-25 drops total of your chosen Essential Oils to a 4oz Glass Spray Bottle. Add 1 tsp of preservative. Some of my favorites are Witch Hazel, Vodka, Cider Vinegar or 4-5 drops of Colloidal Silver. Top the rest with Purified Water.
To use the Vibrational Spray, give it a gentle shake and spritz several times and walk through the mist to absorb the frequency into your own energy field. Repeat as often as necessary.
I love keeping these at my work desk and use them throughout the day to move stagnant energy or when feeling "stuck".
I also like to use them prior to yoga, meditation, journaling and my daily Oracle Card sessions.
