Spring Pollen...Natural Remedies for Seasonal Allergies

Seasonal Allergies got you sneezing, drowsy and itchy eyed?

Here are a few things you might want to consider trying out:

add 3-5 drops doTERRA Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint to all diffusers and run throughout the day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PM diffuser blend: Breathe + Lavender ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Add 2 drops each Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint to a Veggie Capsule and take this 3-4 times a day.
Tri-Ease is a ready-to-go Softgel with these oils. I suggest keeping this in your bag during pollen season.

PB Assist, doterra’s incredible probiotic. This is double encapsulated so it actually makes it past your stomach acid (most probiotics don’t) and reaches the intestines where it can work its magic. It also contains pre-biotics, aka food for your probiotics. Take this daily.

Oregano, Ginger and Turmeric Veggie Capsules. Add 1-2 drops of each oil to a veggie capsule and and take 1-3 times per day for up to 7-10 days.

Terrazyme, digestive enzymes. Take upon rising and 1-2 with every meal. This will help break down your food, digest and assimilate. It also works as a SCAVENGER in your body.
