Chia Raspberry Parfait

Here is a quick and easy parfait recipe that I like to make for lunch or afternoon an snack when the weather starts warming up.  It's full of fiber-rich chia seeds and hemp seeds for extra protein and healthy fats.  I use Goat's milk yogurt because I can't consume dairy from cows.  For this recipe I use frozen organic raspberries because they are low in sugar.  In the summer I love adding cherries or fresh strawberries and blueberries.  In the fall I am all about figs!

Ingredients:

1 cup Goat's Milk Yogurt 

1 drop Wild Orange or Lemon doTERRA Essential Oil

1/2 cup Frozen Organic Raspberries (or any fresh seasonal fruit of choice)

1 TBS Chia Seeds 

1 TBS Hemp Seeds

1 tsp Chocolate Covered Hemp Seeds or Chocolate Covered Chia Seeds (confession, sometimes I do both!)

Add the yogurt to a bowl and stir in one drop of essential oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and Buon Appetito!
